Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.


Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and personal checks with proper identification. 

Clients desiring an alternative payment plan can apply for CareCredit at our office. CareCredit is a separate line of credit designed specifically for healthcare needs. This  no interest payment plan can provide instant credit with a flexible payment plan for those unplanned emergencies. It can also be used to pay deductibles for pets covered by pet insurance.

 


Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
